Frequently asked questions

Answers

Who is it for?

Contractors and builders who run construction projects, and the project owners and clients they build for. Contractors run their projects on a paid plan. Project owners and clients join free to follow the projects their contractors share with them.

What does a contractor pay?

Contractors choose Basic, Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise. Each plan is a flat monthly price per company with a number of included users and a price per extra user. See the pricing page for the current price list; when no price list is published, the page says so.

Is it really free for project owners and clients?

Yes. A client account has no plan and is not charged. It lets your people see, comment on and approve the projects your contractors share with you. Storage, AI questions and API use have fair-use allowances because they cost money to run; the platform team can raise them for an organisation.

Can a client account run its own projects?

No. Running projects in your own workspace needs a paid plan. A client account follows the projects a contractor shares with it through a client link.

How does a contractor share a project with its client?

The contractor links the project to the client's organisation and the client accepts, or the other way round. The client chooses which of its people see the project and who may approve billing. Either side can end the link, with a reason.

What can a client do on a shared project?

Follow progress, documents and site records, comment, and approve, reject or ask for changes to the contractor's pay applications. The records stay in the contractor's workspace; the client cannot change them, except for the decisions that are theirs, such as selections and commissioning witness sign-offs.

Do guests, trades and consultants need a paid seat?

No. People you invite from other companies join as guests and never use one of your paid seats, on any plan.

Can I try a paid plan?

Basic, Professional and Ultimate start with a 30-day trial. No payment details are taken during sign-up.

Is Enterprise available at sign-up?

No. Enterprise is quoted. Contact us and the platform team will set it up.

Can people from different companies see each other's data?

No. Each organisation's records are separated in the database itself, and inside a project people see only what their role and location scope allow. People who are not on a project get "not found", not a hint that it exists.

Does it work on phones and without signal?

Yes, in the phone's browser. Daily-log drafts are kept on the device while offline and synchronised when the connection returns.

Can it build a construction schedule from my drawings?

Yes, every paid plan includes a monthly analysis allowance. Upload the drawing set (all disciplines in one or more PDFs) and the AI reads every sheet, then proposes phases, activities, logic links, milestones, durations and labour hours, and explains which work starts first. You see the estimated AI cost before it starts. The result is a draft for your scheduler: nothing goes into the project schedule until a person accepts it.

Where do my drawings go when the AI reads them?

The drawing files are sent to the AI provider switched on for your workspace, only when someone starts an analysis. The extracted facts and the draft schedule are stored in your workspace like any other project record.

Do the AI assistants make decisions?

No. They answer questions and draft text from the records you can already see. Approvals, certifications and close-outs are always done by a person. AI questions per month depend on the plan.

Can I import my Primavera P6 schedule?

On plans with advanced interoperability (Ultimate and Enterprise) you can import and export P6 XER files and export Microsoft Project XML. This has been checked with round-trip tests, not yet inside P6 or Microsoft Project themselves.
